Queer Augsburg lädt zu einem Kurz-Theaterstück
„Lilis Schwestern“

CSD Pride Week – Und gleich am Sonntag erwartet euch ein zweites Theaterstück im ProjektRaum Rechts-der-Wertach, Wolfgangstraße 2 um 20:30 Uhr (Einlass: 20:15 Uhr):

„Lilis Schwestern“ – Ein 15-minütiges Erinnerungsfragment. Das kurze performative Theaterstück von Sophie Zibell und Aiden Lane Ziegler entwickelt auf
sprachlicher Ebene einen Spagat zwischen den Schicksalen der trans* und gender nonconforming Community der Weimarer Republik sowie ihrer Verfolgung zur Zeit des Nationalsozialismus und der Anti-Trans*-Rhetorik der heutigen Zeit.

Achtung: Das Stück wurde bei der Ausstellung „Gefährdet Leben – Queere Menschen von 1933 bis 1945“ uraufgeführt und ist ein Gastspiel des Autor*innen-Duos in zum Teil neuer Inszenierung extra zur Pride Week; die Aufführung findet daher nur an diesem Sonntag, den 8.6. statt. Also vorerst letzte Gelegenheit das Stück zu sehen! Nicht verpassen! Der Eintritt ist frei.

CSD Pride Week – And on Sunday, a second play awaits you in the ProjektRaum Rechts-der-Wertach, Wolfgangstraße 2 at 8:30 pm (admission: 8:15 pm):

“Lili’s Sisters” – A 15-minute fragment of memory. The short performative theater piece by Sophie Zibell and Aiden Lane Ziegler develops a linguistic
linguistic balancing act between the fates of the trans* and gender nonconforming community of the Weimar Republic and their persecution under National Socialism and the anti-trans* rhetoric of today.

Please note: The play was premiered at the exhibition “Gefährdet Leben – Queere Menschen von 1933 bis 1945” and is a guest performance by the author duo in a partly new production especially for Pride Week; the performance will therefore only take place this Sunday, June 8. Last chance to see the play for the time being! Don’t miss it! Admission is free.
